Errors and possible remedies
5.1 Automatic time limitation
•
The sauna control unit switches off the heating automatically after 6/12 hours of continuous heating time
(dependent on factory setting).
•
Press the START / STOP button 8 for continued operation.
5.2 Internal lighting does not illuminate
•
Switch off ON/OFF switch 1.
•
Switch off main fuses of the sauna control unit in the fuse box.
•
Replace bulb.
•
If the internal lighting continues not to illuminate, please inform your customer service department or electrical
installer. (See Part 1, Chapter 6)
5.3 ERROR messages in the display
The sauna control unit is no longer ready for operation:
1. Switch off main fuse of the sauna control unit in the fuse box.
2. Inform your customer service department or electrical installer.
3. Identify the device as defective.
You can give your customer services department information about possible errors with the following error messages in
the display 4.
The error messages in the display mean:
E-F1:
Short circuit or disrupted temperature sensor cable (white cable)
E-24:
Excess temperature fuse defective, or (red) cable to excess temperature fuse disrupted.
EP-1:
Setting potentiometer for target temperature defective.
E-51; E-52;
E-53
Buttons 7 or 8 blocked
LL:
Internal temperature below 0 °C
HH:
Internal temperature above 140 °C
