1 Blender foot / gear attachment
Attach the blender foot / gear
attachment and lock into position.
2 On button
The hand blender remains switched
on as long as an On button (a or b)
is pressed.
a Controllable speed
(with speed control 3)
b Turbo speed
3 Speed control +/-
The speed can be adjusted steplessly
(only in conjunction with button 2a).
– Rotate towards - reduces the speed.
– Rotate towards + increases the speed.
4 Release buttons
Simultaneously press the release
buttons to remove the blender foot /
gear attachment.
5 Blender foot (depending on model)

6 Whisk with gear attachment
The whisk (a) must in lock into position
in the gear attachment (b)
7 Blender jug with lid
a Blender jug
Using the blender jug will prevent
the ingredients from splashing.
b Lid
Place the lid on the blender jug to
keep processed ingredients in it.
Depending on the model:

8 Universal cutter

Place the cutting attachment on the uni-
versal cutter and rotate in a clockwise
direction until it clicks into position.

9 Wall holder
For storing the hand blender. Attach
the wall holder to a suitable vertical
surface with 2 screws (enclosed).

If the universal cutter is not included with
the hand blender, it can be ordered from
customer service (order no. 00651139;
ice crusher blade not included).
With the universal cutter, you can use the
appliance at full power (according to the

Operation

Caution!
Do not attach or remove the blender
foot, gear attachment or universal
cutter attachment until the appliance is
at a standstill.
Important information
If the appliance switches off during use,
the overload protection device has been
activated.
■ Switch off the appliance and pull out the
mains plug.
■ Leave the appliance to cool down for
5 minutes.
■ Completely unwind the mains cable.
Blender foot
The appliance is suitable for blending
mayonnaise, sauces, mixed drinks, baby
food, cooked fruit and vegetables.
The hand blender is not suitable for making
mashed potatoes.

■ Place the blender foot on the base unit
and lock into position.
■ Plug appliance into the mains.
■ Put the food in the blender jug.
■ Set the required speed. Firmly hold the
hand blender and jug. To prevent the
ingredients from splashing, do not press
the On button until the blender foot has
been immersed in the ingredients.
■ Always switch off the hand blender
before taking it out of the ingredients.
Whisk
■ For whipping cream, beating egg whites
and frothing milk (cold milk, max. 8 °C).
