11. Cleaning and repair of all
MAGNESIT MB models
Please do not clean your ball head with any
aggressive cleaning agents such as petroleum,
solvents, etc. Only clean the ball head with the
microfibre cloth enclosed or with an another
soft cloth.
Never attempt to dismantle the ball head. Should
you experience unexpected problems with your
ball head, please send it to our service depart-
ment for repair.

12. 10-year warranty
