The following accessories are provided with your oven:
• Shallow baking sheet; is used for pastry and cakes.
• Oven Rack; is used for grilling or as support for a pan or pot with
the food.
• Deep Baking Tray; is used for roasting meat and baking moist
pastry. It can also be used as a drip tray. Place the deep baking
tray into the first lever only for grilling or for use as a drip tray.
