culisensor
The culisensor is a
handy tool when
roasting large pieces of
meat. You can always
be sure that the meat
is cooked enough for
your wishes.
You can use the
culisensor with the
Turbo, Infra and Infra-
with-fan functions.

Select an oven function.

Set the oven temperature required using the + and - buttons.
Preheating the oven is advisable when roasting.

Stick the tip of the needle into the middle of the piece of
meat.
The tip must not touch bone.

Slide the meat into the oven.

Push the sensor's plug into the socket in the right-hand
oven wall.
55 appears as the standard internal temperature. If CU
appears in the display, an unsuitable oven function has
been selected.

Set the required internal temperature using the + and -
buttons (see baking and roasting tips on page 19).
The internal temperature can be adjusted in steps of 1 °C.

Press start.
The internal temperature measured and the time elapsed
appear in the display.
The oven gives a signal and switches off when the internal
temperature set has been reached. You stop the signal by
opening the door. You can also stop it with the stop button or
the timer buttons.
Using the temperature selector button °C you can select the
display to be changed. You can adjust the display that blinks.
The connection for the culisensor is covered by a rubber plug,
which must first be removed. If you do not use the culisensor,
reseal the connection with the rubber plug to prevent
contamination.
