Fault
No connection ("Disconnected" [21])
Flickering picture

Cause
Camera not powered
The camera is out of WiFi range
Objectsor weather are preventing wireless

Antenna is not secured tightly, or is not in the
vertical position
WiFi router is not connected to the internet or is
not powered
Smartphione / tablet not connected to WiFi

SSID is not open
DHCP is not activated on WiFi router
WPA/WPA2/WPA2-PSK encryption is not
activated on WiFi router
Wrong WLAN setting on router
Strong lightsource shining into the camera lens
Overexposure due to strong light source
Motion from trees or plants, light or shadow,
snow or rain, flies and insects at night etc.
microSd card is not fitted or not formatted
Motion detection is not activated
Time Zone setting is not correct
Camera can record only when a formatted
microSD card is fitted
Images are automatically stored in a file
„snapshot" (Android) or „Fotos" (iOS)
The image file has not been updated
A new version of the App is available
The infrared filter is stuck

Software crash
Humidity has accumulated inside the camera
Remedy
Check that the Power LED [3] on the corresponding
camera lights. If not, check the mains adapter and cable
connections
Reduce the distance between camera and WiFi router
Use an antenna extension cable (see chapter 15) or use
a WiFi repeater
Remove large objects or change the location of camera
Secure the antenna tightly and upright
Turn the router on and connect to internet if required
Connect the smartphone / tablet with WiFi / internet
Select open SSID
Activate DHCP on the WiFi router
Activate WPA/WPA2/WPA2-PSK2 encryption on the WiFi
router
Set "b" and/or "g" or "auto" (not only "n")
Move the camera to another location
Change the direction or location of the camera
Reduce the sensitivity of the motion detection or change
the position of the camera (see chapter 9)
Insert a microSD card and format it
Reactivate motion detection (see chapter 9.)
Search over a longer period (eg. one month)
Set the right time zone (see chapter 9.)
Insert a microSD card and format it
Look in the file „snapshot" or „Fotos"
Update the file, activate a mediascan or restart the
device
Download the latest App version
Tap on the camera housing
Wait until the recording is finished.
Make a reset (see chapter 13)
If available download new Software (see chapter 9)
Open the rubber grommet of the SDcard slot and let the
camera be powered for 20 minutes with open grommet
