Procedure for combination seal No.:
With combination seals that have air release valves, pull the safety tab off by pulling it straight up
without twisting (do not release air). Only that way will the seal stay completely tight before tapping
and the pressure remain during the cooling time. That way your beer stays fresh.

The light plug in the middle of the seal is pushed to the inside with this type of seal. Because the plug
comes into contact with the beer, we recommend washing the plug with hot water and no soap before
tapping.
If your keg is not fitted with a compatible seal, it cannot be used with the ZapfProfi. Therefore, use
the integrated tap to empty the keg.
