HYDRAULIC MOTOR DISASSEMBLY + ASSEMBLY
DISASSEMBLY
1. Follow pressure relief procedures.
2. Place drip pan or rags under sprayer to catch hydraulic
oil that leaks out during repair.
3. Disassemble paint level as described previously.
4. Remove hydraulic lines from connections at top left 7
and right side 18 of hydraulic motor.
5. Loosen the lock nut 6.
6. Unscrew and remove hydraulic motor cap 17.
7. Slide piston rod/hydraulic motor cap assembly (A)
from hydraulic motor cylinder.

ASSEMBLY
1. Slide piston rod assembly into hydraulic motor
cylinder.
2. Screw down hydraulic motor cap. Unscrew hydraulic
motor cap until inlet and outlet align with hydraulic
line fittings and test hole in hydraulic motor cap
points toward belt guard.
3. Apply 17 Nm torque to lock nut 6 against hydraulic
motor cap.
4. Install hydraulic lines to connections 5 top left and
right side of hydraulic motor; apply 54.2 Nm torque.
5. Follow Step 2 of pump installation instructions.
6. Start engine and allow pump to run for 30 seconds.
Turn engine OFF. Check level of hydraulic oil and top
up.
