9. Help with problems with the Airless Pump
Problem
Electric motor does not start up
Pump not providing suction
Material flow poor
Pump fails to sustain pressure
Not enough pressure
Pump action at gun too strong (pulsa-
ting spray pattern)
Pump does not build up sufficient
pressure Head of paint level becomes
very hot Paint penetrates lubricant

1. Mains cable not connected or
fuse blown
