• Injuries caused by a defect saw blade. Check the
saw blade regularly for its integrity.
• Electricity danger, in case electrical connections
that are not according to the rules are used.
• Furthermore, despite of all precautions unapparent
remaining risk can exist.
• Remaining risks can be minimized, when the "Safe-
ty information" and the "Intended use" as well as the
operational instructions are both respected.
• Deactivate the machine and pull out the power
plugs when you want to clean the machine.
• Keep the electrical connections always oil and
grease free.
• The machine has a working area that is in front of
the machine.
• For cleaning always switch off the machine and pull
the power plug.
• Keep electric cables always free from oil and
grease.
• The operator's work place is in front of the machine.
• Wear protective gloves to avoid injuries to fingers
and hands when handling the sawblade and groov-
ing tools, feeding the work piece into the machine,
or when executing repairs.
• Do not try to remove wood chips while the sawblade
is running and while the sawing unit has not come
to a standstill.
• Only use the machine with all the guards in place
and all the cutting tools in perfect condition.

Fasten the sawblade guard with riving knife, Fig. 3
1 Put the assembled sawblade guard with riving knife
from above in between the guide plate and clamp-
ing plate.
2 Set the clearance between riving knife and sawblade
to 3 – 8 mm (a), and tighten the clamping plate with
four hexagon bolts and washers (2).
Assembly of the table length extension, Fig. 4.1
and 4.2
1 Mount the table length extension (1) on both sides to
the table (2) with four hexagon bolts (3), four wash-
