Schrauben Sie die 4 Stück Inbusschrauben
mit einem Inbusschlüssel gut fest.
Wiederholen Sie den gesamten Vorgang
analog mit dem Betthaupt Kopfteil [10].
Zwischen dem Liegeflächenrahmen und den
Eckpfosten der Betthäupter darf maximal 5 mm
Abstand sein.

ONTAGE DER
An den Betthäuptern [3]+[10] befinden sich
links und rechts je eine Führungsschiene [18]
für die Seitengitterholme [7]. In ihnen läuft je-
weils ein Kunststoffschieber mit 4 Metallzapfen.
Die Metallzapfen greifen in die Langlöcher, in
den Stirnseiten der 4 Seitengitterholme. Die Sei-
tengitterholme können bei Bedarf angestellt oder
abgesenkt werden.
Die beiden Kunststoffteile des Kunststoffschie-
bers werden durch einen langen Metallbügel
geführt. Der Metallbügel muss exakt positioniert
werden, sonst klemmt der Kunststoffschieber in
der Führungsschiene:
Platzieren Sie den Metallbügel [a] oberhalb
des Entriegelungshebels über der Kunststoff -
nase [b].
Platzieren Sie den Metallbügel [a] unten
unmittelbar auf dem dritten Metallzapfen [c].
Zur Montage der Seitengitterholme muss der
Liegeflächenrahmen auf mittlere Höhe gefahren
werden (Elektrischer Anschluss siehe Seite 18).
Beginnen Sie beim Betthaupt Kopfteil:
Lösen Sie die Rändelschraube [a] am
unteren Ende der Führungsschiene [18], bis Sie
einen Kunststoffschieber von unten einführen
können.
Der Entriegelungshebel [4] muss dabei nach
oben weisen.
Damit der Kunststoffschieber nicht nach
unten herausfallen kann, drehen Sie die
Rändelschraube wieder hinein und ziehen sie
fest.

Screw in the 4 Allen screws and tighten
firmly with an socket-head cap key.
Repeat the process with the end board, head
section [10].
The distance between the reclining surface
frame and the end board corner post must not
exceed 5 mm.

SSEMBLY OF THE SIDE RAIL BEAMS
At the end boards [3]+[10] you will find on the
left side and right side a guide bar [18] for the
side rail beams [7]. In them runs a plastic slide
with 4 metal pins. The metal pins hook into the
oblong holes on the face of the 4 side rail
beams. The side rail beams can be raised or
lowered, as needed.
Draw the two plastic parts of the plastic slide
through the long metal strip. To avoid clamping
of the plastic slide in the guide bar, the metal
strip must be positioned precisely around all the
parts.
Position the metal strip [a] above the locking
lever over the plastic nose [b].
Position the lower end of the metal strip [a]
directly around the third metal pin [c].
To mount the side rail beams, the reclining
surface frame must be set to the middle position
(Electrical connections: see page 18).
Begin at the end board, head section.
Loosen the knurled screw [a] on the bottom
end of the guide bar [18] and insert the plastic
slide from below.
The release lever [4] must be pointing up.
In order to prevent the plastic slide from
falling out of the guide bar, reinsert and tighten
the knurled screw.
