Adjust the desired cutting width

by turning the hand wheel.

Press the cutting goods gently

against the stopper plate and lead
the skid evenly against the blade.
Push the pulse switch.

After finishing the cutting pro-

cess, release the pulse switch.
Now turn over the skid.

Push the button on the side of the

thumb protection and flip it.
Push the slider on the underside

of the skid together and flip it.

Procedure like cutting with the
"pulse switch" only push the
"permanent switch" instead of
the "pulse switch".

Let the engine cool off after a
permanent usage of approx. 5
minutes.
After finishing the cutting pro-
cess, turn off the device.
AUS/OFF
Soft cutting goods (for examp-
le cheese or ham) can be cut
best when cooled.
Soft cutting goods are cut bet-
ter when you move it forward
slower.
When cutting cucumbers or
carrots it helps to cut them to
an identical size beforehand,
and then lead them to the cut-
ter using the scrap holder.
