Instructions for use Lilo battery 2 S 2800 mAh No.4559 and LiPo mains charger No. 8298
Lithium Tx battery with especially high capacity, for long duration. The battery
has an internal protective setting which protects it from overload and over-
draining. This battery is only intended for use with the voltage supply of the T 8
FG and T 12 FG. Use for anything else is not recommended!
Note:
Before using this battery for the first time charge it up in the transmitter!
Important:
The max. charging/discharging current of 2A for the battery must never be excee-
ded. Higher currents can cause damage to the internal electronic safety systems
as well as to the battery cells. To charge battery No. 4559 in the transmitter
only use the plug-in charger No. 8298 or the RC-Charger No. 8501! No other
chargers cmay be used without risking damage to the electronic safety system
of the battery.

Connection and charging
Place the Lithium Ion transmitter battery in the transmitter as normal and con-
nect the plug connector.
Note:
Make sure tht the connector cable is not very twisted or kinked!
To charge the lithium ion transmitter battery plug in the No 8298 mains charger
mentioned above(green LED comes on) and then connect the charger plug to
the charger socket in the transmitter (LED turns red = charging). Only once fully
charged (green LED again) remove the transmitter charging cable and finally
remove the charger plug from the 230V mains.

• Note battery polarity and follow manufacturer's instructions, avoid short-circuit
ing.
• Disconnect battery if it overheats.
• do not run batteries and chargers standing on an inflammable base and never
leave unsupervised.
• Do not exceed max. charging current.
• The charger should only be used in dry rooms.
• In case of mains failure or if charger becomes unplugged, remove battery from
charger as reverse discharging possibly.
• Only suitable for charging rechargeable 7.4V Li-batteries.
• Do not use with dry batteries or NC/ NiMH - risk of explosion!
• Do not attempt to repair a defective charger yourself.

We shall therefore accept no liability whatsoever for loss, damage or costs that are
incurred as the result of incorrect use and operation in any way whatsoever. Insofar
as legally permitted, compensation irrespective of the legal reasons, shall be limited to
the invoice value of the robbe products directly involved in the damage-causing event.
