Cooking (not frying)
D Only cook on a clean frying/cooking surface.
D As the heating zones can be separately controlled, you can simultaneously do different
cooking procedures, e.g. boil on the front part of the cooking surface and poach on the rear
part.
D Only use pots made of stainless steel with thick, flat bases with properly fitting lids.
D For dishes containing a lot of liquid, use high pots, to prevent boiling over.
D Put lids on pots, if the cooking process allow this.
D To keep warm and to melt butter or fat, only select low temperature settings.
