• On connecting the hard disk, you must keep to the guidelines for electromagnetic compatibility.
• Ensure your hard disk is located at least one meter away from sources of high frequency and magnetic dis-
turbance (TVs, speakers, mobile telephones, etc. ) in order to avoid operational problems and data loss.

Cleaning

• Before cleaning your hard disk drive, always unplug all connection cables.
• Do not use any solvents, corrosive or gaseous cleaning products.
