Caution!
– Before cutting meat, remove gristle,
bones and sinews.
– The universal cutter is not suitable for
cutting very hard items (coffee beans,
radishes, nutmeg) and frozen food (fruit
etc.).

■ Place universal cutter on a smooth,
clean work surface and press into
position.
■ Insert blade.
Caution!
The blade must be positioned evenly in the
universal cutter.
■ Add food.
■ Place attachment on the universal cutter
and rotate in a clockwise direction until it
clicks into position.
■ Place base unit on the attachment and
rotate in a clockwise direction.
■ Plug into the mains.
■ Hold the base unit and universal cutter
firmly. Press the On button.
■ Release the On button after processing.
■ Place the lid on the universal cutter to
keep in the processed ingredients.
Whisk
For whipping cream, beating egg whites
and milk froth from hot (max. 70 °C) and
cold milk (max. 8 °C) as well as for prepar-
ing sauces and desserts.
Important!
Do not attach or remove the gear attach-
ment with whisk until the appliance is at a
standstill.
W Risk of scalding!
When processing hot milk, use a tall,
narrow receptacle for blending. Hot milk
may splash and scald you.
Caution!
Never insert the whisk into the base unit
without the gear attachment.

■ Place gear attachment on the base unit
and turn anti-clockwise.
■ Insert the whisk into the gear attach-
ment and lock into position.
■ Put the food in the blender jug.
■ Take hold of the base unit and blender
jug and press the On button.
■ Release the On button after processing.
Care and daily cleaning
The appliance must be thoroughly cleaned
after each use.
W Risk of electric shock!
– Disconnect the mains cable from the
socket prior to cleaning.
– Never immerse the base unit in liquids
and do not clean in the dishwasher.
W Risk of injury!
Never grip the blade in the blender foot or
the universal cutter blade.
Caution!
– Do not use any cleaning agents
containing alcohol or spirits.
– Do not use any sharp, pointed or metal
objects.
– Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaning
agents.
– Never immerse the base unit, the
attachment of the universal cutter or the
whisk gear attachment in water and do
not clean under running water or in the
dishwasher
■ Disconnect the base unit and the
accessory parts from one another.
■ Turn the universal cutter attachment in
an anti-clockwise direction and remove
it.
■ Take hold of the blade by the plastic
handle and take out.
■ Remove the whisk from the gear
attachment.

■ Wipe the base unit, the attachment and
the gear attachment with a soft, damp
cloth and dry off.
■ Clean all other parts with a detergent
solution and a soft cloth or sponge, or
place them in the dishwasher.
