• Use polisher in dry, dustfree
environment
• Beat polishing pads out thoroughly
before using
• Use both hands to firmly hold and
guide polisher
• Avoid switching on unintentionally
• Always switch off polisher before
carrying it anywhere
• When switching on and off, the
polisher must be resting on the
surface to be polished
• When polishing off waxes and
polishes, harmful dust may be
released. Wear suitable breathing
protection.
• Always keep the extension lead over
your shoulder
• To avoid hazards, damaged power
leads must be replaced by the
manufacturer or his customer service
representative.
7 – Installation and setting
Pull clean cloth polishing pad over the
polishing disk. Spread wax or polish
evenly over the cloth surface (note
manufacturer's instructions). Never
apply direct to the paint surface.
8 – Operation
Switching on and off
Place polisher on the surface to be
worked.

Slide on/off switch to ON to switch the
machine on.
Slide on/off switch to OFF to switch the
machine off.
Wait until polisher has stopped before
removing it from the paint surface.
9 – Mode of operation
The paint surface to be worked must be
clean, dustfree and dry.
Guide polisher as shown in Fig. 1 over
the surfaces in even movements. Do not
apply any further pressure while working
– the polisher is heavy enough in itself.
Polish less accessible places by hand.
For the final polish exchange the cloth
pad for the lambskin pad. Polish away
the polish film in the same order as the
polish was applied.
Do not press too hard on the polisher
and the surface being worked.
10 – Maintenance and
Clean polisher with a damp cloth. Do
not use solvents. Finally, dry thoroughly.
Keep ventilation slits free of dust.
To ensure that the flexible polishing disk
retains its shape the polisher should
always be stored in the original pack
with the polishing disk facing up.
Wash out the polishing pads carefully by
hand in mild soapy water and leave to
dry in the air. After drying store dustfree.
