- Connection to screw-type terminals:
-
Unscrew the housing cover (marked "FIELD TERMINALS" on the housing)

If necessary, remove the analog indicator
-
Insert the connecting cable through the cable gland
-
Connect wires to the "+" and "-" terminal, observing polarity
-
If necessary, insert the analog indicator
-
Screw in the housing cover
.
NOTE
In the case of transmitters for the flameproof enclosure type of protection,
the housing cover must be secured with the securing bracket.
- Connection using a plug connector (not in the case of the flameproof
enclosure type of protection):
The contacts for the connector are supplied in a bag with the transmitter.

Slide the recepticle and gland onto the cable

Remove about 8 mm of insulation from the ends of the cable

Crimp or solder the contacts to the cable ends

Assemble the connector
