Upgrading main memory

The slots for the main memory are suitable for 256, 512 and 1024 Mbyte DDR-LP-DIMMS memory
modules. The board supports a maximum of 4 Gbyte.
You may only use unbuffered 3.3 V memory modules. Buffered memory modules are not
!
permitted. Only "unstacked" modules can be used.
DDR memory modules must be designed for a clock frequency of 400 MHz (meets
400MHz/PC3200 specification).
The following memory configurations are possible:
