  • Seite 18 Installationsvoraussetzungen Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Installation, dass Sie Folgendes zur Hand haben: Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher Ein 19"-Rack in Standardgröße mit einer Mindesthöhe von 1 HE. RJ-45-Ethernet-Kabel der Kategorie 5e oder höher für den Anschluss von Netzwerkgeräten. Betriebsumgebung Achten Sie darauf, dass die Temperatur am Installationsort zwischen 0° und 50° und die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 10 % und 90 % liegt.
  • Seite 19 Rack-Montage 1. Befestigen Sie die Montagehalterungen mit acht M4-Schrauben an den beiden Seiten des Switches. 2. Befestigen Sie den Switch mit M6-Schrauben und Kä gmuttern am Rack. HINWEIS: Für die Wandmontage müssen Sie die Montagehalterungen um 90° drehen und an den beiden Seiten des Switches befestigen. Montieren Sie den Switch dann an der Wand.

Befestigen Sie die Erdungslasche mit der Schraube und den Unterlegscheiben am Erdungspunkt auf der Rückseite des Switches. ACHTUNG: Der Erdungsanschluss darf erst dann entfernt werden, wenn alle Stromversorgungsanschlüsse getrennt wurden.

Schauen Sie nicht ohne Augenschutz in die Bohrungen von Transceivern oder Glasfaserkabeln.
