Check that your smartphone / tablet is compatable with the
„HealthForYou" app.

The Activity Sensor is in „sleep mode". To exit „sleep mode", hold
the button down for 3 seconds. On the Activity Sensor display
appears.

Bluetooth
is not activated on your phone. Activate Bluetooth
®
your smartphone settings.

The Activity Sensor battery is flat. If the Activity Sensor will not turn
on, charge it using the included USB charging cable.

Check that you are using the correct app. It is only possible to trans-
fer data using the „HealthForYou" app.

The Activity Sensor is connected to another smartphone. Disconnect
the Activity Sensor from one smartphone before you connect it with
another.
iPhone:

If you are using an iPhone and the Bluetooth
longer built in, disconnect the Bluetooth
„HealthForYou" app.
Then go to Bluetooth
delete the SAS 80 from the list of connected Bluetooth
Now reconnect the SAS 80 via Bluetooth
app.
