Problem

Boil® function does not start.

If you cannot find a solution to the problem
yourself, contact your dealer or an Authorised
Service Centre. Give the data from the rating
plate. Give also three digit letter code for the
glass ceramic (it is in the corner of the glass
surface) and an error message that comes

Possible cause
None of the cooking zones is ready
to be used with the SenseBoil®
function. There is some residual
heat on the cooking zones you want
to choose or they are still in use.
There is an error in the hob.
The electrical connection is incor‐
rect.

Remedy
Finish your previous cooking activi‐
ties and choose a free cooking zone
without any residual heat.
Deactivate the hob and activate it
again after 30 seconds. If
on again, disconnect the hob from
the electrical supply. After 30 sec‐
onds, connect the hob again. If the
problem continues, speak to an Au‐
thorised Service Centre.
Disconnect the hob from the electri‐
cal supply. Ask a qualified electri‐
cian to check the installation.
