Other sanitizing or cleaning detergents are not authorized for the use with Pearlmax 3 because they are not tested
for damage of the carbonation module!
After the sanitizing action time flush the detergant thoroughly out of the system accoring to the cleaning procedure.
4. Open the CO2 supply to the unit and afterwards the water line by :
- screwing in a 1kg CO
- opening the valve on the external CO
5. Adjust the flowrate on the solenoid valve block
The compensators on the valve block are closed in an unpacked unit and must be adjusted
depending on the individual water pressure on the place of installation.
With a flow rate of approx. 1,2 liters per minute best CO
The flowrates can be adjusted via the two compensators at the valve block behind
the operator panel
The 6 seconds timer that can be activated in the service menu of the display
is helpful in setting the correct flow rates. In these 6 seconds 120ml water
must flow into the cup (see topic 13 for further details on the service menue).
Turning the compensators clockwise will decrease the flowrate.
