Overvoltage protection: 300 V DC or AC rms
Diode test:
Turn the device to diode testing by briefly pressing the on/off button.
Using the test probes, touch the test points of the test object. Red test lead = anode, black test
lead = cathode. The forward voltage is displayed.
Continuity test:
Turn the device onto continuity testing mode by briefly pressing the on/off switch.
Using the test probes, touch the test points of the test circuit. An acoustic signal is emitted if
resistance under 50 Ω is measured.
The resistance value can be read from the display.
Pulse-duty factor: %
Turn the device onto pulse-duty factor testing mode by briefly pressing the on/off switch.
Using the test probes, touch the test points of the test circuit. The pulse-duty factor is displayed in
percent (%) in the display.
Maintenance
The instrument does not require special maintenance when used as specified in this operation
manual.
Cleaning
Use a damp cloth and mild household cleaning agent to clean the instrument should it become
soiled through daily use. Never use aggressive cleaning agents or solvents to clean the
instrument.
WARNING
Ensure that no voltage over 300 V is applied to the test leads, even when the
display could show this, it may cause damage to the electronics.
