1.7 Safety instructions
WARNING
Risk of burns from hot surfaces.
The grilling chamber and nearby parts be-
come very hot during grilling. There is an
increased risk of burns if you touch these
parts.
►Keep children and animals away from
hot surfaces and components.
►Never lean over the grilling chamber
when opening it. There is a risk of burns
due to the rising heat build-up.
►Do not touch any hot components or
surfaces.
►Use the handle to open the grilling
chamber and wear heat-resistant gril-
ling gloves.
►Do not place any flammable objects
on the grill shelves.
►Do not move the grill during operation.
►When grilling, wear close-fitting clot-
hing, no jewellery and tie up loose hair.
►Only place grillable food on the grill
grates.
►Turn off the burners and keep the bon-
net closed in the event of a grease fire.
►Remove the food from the grilling
chamber if the pilot flames are un-
controlled, see „6.2 Tips for grilling" on
page 19.

using the appliance.
►Only use the gas grill outdoors.
►Carry out a leak test before each use,
see chapter „5.3 Performing a leak
test" on page 18.
►Only use the gas grill with connected
gas cylinders, which are located in the
gas cylinder cabinet provided for this
purpose.

►Never connect the grill to the town gas
network.
►Do not store flammable liquids such as
fuel or gases in the vicinity of the pro-
duct.
►Only operate the grill with gas.
►Do not use charcoal, briquettes or lava
stones.
►Ensure that there are no flammable
materials or objects within a radius of 1
metre when using the appliance.
►Transport, store and dispose of empty
gas cylinders properly.
1.8 Behaviour in the event of a gas odour
WARNING
Risk of explosion and damage to property.
Escaping gas can cause a fire or explosi-
on. This can result in personal injury or even
death and damage to property.
Hot fat and/or incorrect extinguishing or
incorrect preparation can cause fat fires
and flash fires.
1. Close the gas supply to the grill imme-
diately if you smell gas.
2. Extinguish all open flames using the gas
control knob or, in the event of a fire,
using a fire blanket or sand.
3. Open the lid of the grill.
4. Check all connections and hoses for
damage.
5. Carry out a leak test, see chapter „5.3
Performing a leak test" on page 18.
6. If you continue to smell gas, stop using
the gas grill and have it checked by a
specialist workshop.
2. Description and function
This product is a gas grill for heating food. The pro-
duct is equipped with transport rolls, a cabinet for
storing the connected gas cylinder, 3 main bur-
ners, which can be infinitely adjusted, a bonnet
with an integrated thermometer and 2 side shel-
ves.
