General Information
•
This user guide must be read in conjunction with the user guide of the
PortaSplit AC, model numbers MMCS 09HRN8-QRDO, MMCS 12HRN8-QRDO.
•
Check the bracket and fasteners at regular intervals to ensure that they are
securely in place and undamaged.
•
Uninstall and discontinue use in the event of damage.
Warning
•
The Universal Bracket may only be installed, operated, cleaned and maintained
by adults.
•
It is not a toy. Keep playing children, away from the bracket.
•
The Universal Bracket may only be used with the PortaSplit AC and any other
use is not permitted and can lead to accidents.
•
Be careful when closing the roof window not to damage anything.
•
When attaching or removing the Outdoor Unit to the roof window, make sure
that your movement is unobstructed and you have enough space to position
the device correctly.
•
To facilitate the flow of expulsion of condensation water, please ensure that
the maximum height difference between the indoor and outdoor units after
installation does not exceed 2 meters.
Warranty and Liability
Warranty and liability claims for personal injury and damage to property are
excluded if they are attributable to one or more of the following causes:

Inappropriate use.
•
Non-observance of the instructions.
•
Operation with non-functioning safety or protective equipment.
•
Continued use despite the occurrence of a defect.
•
Improper assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
•
Improperly carried out repairs.
•
Unauthorised modi cations to the appliance.
•
Force majeure.
•
Installation of additional components that have not been tested together with
the appliance.
Disposal and Recycling
This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposed of
with other household wastes at the end of its service life. Used
recycling of electrical electronic devices.
