9. Before starting the unit, ensure that the wiring has been correctly connected according to the wiring schematic
diagram.
All the above checks must be carried out with the power supply turned off! Removing the
compressor end cover while the power is on can expose individuals to high voltage, and failure to
disconnect the power may result in electric shock or fatalities!
6.3 Trail Run
Before starting the unit, please check if there is any damage to the unit. If any damage or wire breakage is found,
please contact Haier's after-sales service immediately.
After all the above checks have been completed, start the debugging process in the following order:
Pre-power operations:
1. Set the dip switches on the mainboard to the correct positions according to the address dip switch table and the
modbus address table in according to the above electrical instructions.
2. Disconnect the wire controller connection cable of the sub-units from the mainboard, leaving only the master
unit's wire controller connected.
Post-power operations:
1. Enter the menu interface—fault menu to check if there are any faults with the unit. If a fault occurs, it should be
rectified first. Once it is confirmed that there are no faults, press the power-on button to start the unit.
2. After the unit is powered on, it will perform oil temperature preheating. The fault interface will display E85 oil
temperature preheating. When the oil temperature reaches the temperature suitable for starting, the fault will
automatically be cleared.
3. Run a trial for 30 minutes. Once the inlet and outlet water temperatures are stable, adjust the water flow rate
according to the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of each unit, ensuring that the unit operates
normally within the allowable range of water flow rates.
During the trial run, if the unit stops, it is necessary to wait for ten minutes before restarting it.
4. When the unit is used frequently for extended periods, it is necessary to keep the power connected after
shutdown to maintain an appropriate temperature in the compressor, avoiding liquid-carrying startups that can
damage the compressor.
5. If the unit will not be used for an extended period, the ambient temperature may drop below 2℃, it is then
necessary to drain the water from the system and disconnect the power to prevent the risk of the unit freezing.
Before restarting, the unit should be preheated with the power on for 12 hours. After refilling with water, follow the
above steps to check the unit and conduct a trial run to ensure there are no abnormalities before starting the unit.
