Before first use
1. Remove all packaging and any stickers or labels that are on the outside of
the device.
2. Before using for the first time, clean all parts that come into contact with
food with hot water and a little washing-up liquid. Rinse the blender jug.
The blending programs
This blender has preset programs that reflect common applications and thus
make it easier to choose the right blending time and speed level.

The speed setting
In addition to the pre-programs, you have the choice between manual
selection of the mixing speed using the setting wheel and a pulse function.
The labels have the following meaning:
Label
PULSE - The pulse mode enables short mix impulses, so that the

texture of the mixed ingredients in the shaker can be controlled more
precisely than with a pre-program or via the speed.
OFF - In this position of the dial, the mixer is switched off. Turn the dial
OFF
left for Pulse or right to turn on the mixer.
ON - In this position of the dial, the mixer is switched on. You can now
ON
use the pre-programs or set the mix speed.
MIN - The lower limit for the manual speed setting is indicated by the
MIN
MIN mark.
MAX - The upper limit for the manual speed setting is indicated by the
MAX
MAX mark.
