• Close the water supply and remove the inlet hose
from the water valve.
• Drain the water from the supply hose and from the
water valve.
• Reconnect the supply hose to the water valve.
Troubleshooting
Before you contact an authorized specialist
For some malfunctions, the display shows error
codes to warn you:
Fault / possible cause / measures
Appliance does not work or start
- Check the power supply / water supply.
- Is the door closed, the appliance switched on or
a program selected?
Strong Vibration
- Have the transport bolts been removed?
- The appliance must stand on a solid surface. Are
the feet aligned?
Water inlet fault – error code F01
- Faucet is not open, water supply not free or wa-
ter pressure too low. Inlet filter blocked.
- Inlet hose is blocked, kinked, squeezed.
Drainage – error code F03
- Drain hose is blocked, kinked, squeezed, not
correctly connected.
- Drain pump is blocked.
Door lock fault – error code F13
- Door is not properly closed or blocked with laun-
dry items.
Door unlock fault – error code F14
- Switch the unit off and on again. If the fault per-
sists, call specialist company.
Water is continuously admitted – error code F24
- Check inlet water pressure and reduce if neces-
sary. Close water supply and call specialist com-
pany.

- Switch the unit off and on again. If the fault per-
sists, call specialist company.

Unbalance alarm
- Switch off the unit. Arrange the load again and
switch the unit on again. Start spin program.
