1. The safety valve (original factory
identification 0.8MPa) must be installed on
the water inlet connection (as shown in Fig.
3),
must be wound to ensure
Teflon tape
sealing. The direction of the arrow should
correspond to the flow direction of the water
inlet of the electric boiler (see Fig. 3). The
net sealing gasket should be installed at the
cold water inlet of the safety valve, and the
drain hose at the overpressure outlet of the
safety valve should be installed to maintain
a continuous downward slope. The water
heater should be installed in a frost-free
environment and then extended to the earth
leakage, kept in communication with the
atmosphere and properly secured to
prevent scalding due to the discharge of hot
water or steam. The safety valve can
prevent the tank pressure from exceeding
the rated pressure by 0.1 MPa. If the
pressure in the tank is too high, the safety
valve will automatically open and water will
be drained from the pressure relief port to
release the pressure.
2. The water pipe connected to the electric
water heater must withstand a pressure of
0.8 MPa and a temperature of more than
100 °C, and the connection must be
wrapped with Teflon to ensure sealing.
3. Where water is used, the raft must be able to
drain.
4. During normal use, the safety valve handle
(Fig.3) should be opened regularly to remove
calcium carbonate deposits. Method: Pull
the drain handle up to the horizontal position
(if the handle is equipped with screws,
remove the screws with a screwdriver before
performing this operation) and check whether the safety valve is blocked (whether
water is draining). If it is blocked, please contact the maintenance department.
