Important Safety Instructions
• In particular when frying or heating oils and fats,
never leave your cooking food unattended because
of the risk of fire! Note that the risk of spontaneous
combustion increases if oil or fat is used repeatedly!
• In case of fire, cut off the gas and electricity supply
and carefully smother the flames with a fire blanket
or similar!
Never extinguish burning oil or grease with water!
After extinguishing, have the appliance checked by a
suitably qualified professional!
• Deposits of oil or grease in the filter and inside the
appliance, can ignite when heated!
Clean the appliance and filter regularly as described
in the relevant section and never operate the cooker
hood without a grease filter!
