TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are experiencing issues, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if the power cord is loose.
2. Check if the batteries in the remote need to be replaced. If the touch panel on the lamp is
working properly but the remote is not working, it may be due to low battery power and you
need to replace the batteries. If the problem persists after replacing the batteries, please
contact our customer support team for assistance.
3. Tap the touch panel on the lamp to check if it's working properly. If the remote is working
properly but the touch panel is not responding, it may be a panel malfunction and you need
to contact our customer support team for assistance.
If you have checked the above three points but the floor lamp still cannot be turned on, it may
be due to internal circuit damage of the product. Please contact our customer support team
to resolve the issue.
