  • Seite 4 Produktinformation Der elektromotorische Schwenkriegel 842-SA1 Der elektromotorische Schwenkriegel 842-SA1 (Abb. 1) dient zum Verriegeln von Türen und ist mit einem elektromotorischen Antrieb ausgestattet. Der Türkontakt und der Ankerkontakt sind als potentialfreie Umschaltkontakte ausgeführt. Der Türkontakt wird bei geschlossener Tür magnetisch umgeschaltet. Der Ankerkontakt kann zur Überwachung des Verriegelungszustands verwendet werden.

  • Seite 6 Sicherheitshinweise Achtung! Funktionseinschränkung bei falscher Funktionsluft: Die Funktionsluft muss passend eingestellt sein („Funktionsluft einstellen“, Seite 14). Arbeiten an der Zarge: Bei Arbeiten in der Nähe des Schwenkriegels, wie Bohren oder Fräsen, muss der Schwenkriegel ausgebaut sein. Sachschaden durch Öffnen: Der Schwenkriegel darf nicht geöffnet werden, da er dabei beschädigt wird. Mit dem Öffnen des Gehäuses erlischt die Gewährleistung.
  • Seite 7 Begriffserklärung Begriff Beschreibung – Ruhestrom Beim Verriegelungsprinzip Ruhestrom wird verriegelt, wenn ein elektrischer Strom fließt. – Schlosstasche Die Schlosstasche ist die Ausfräsung in der Tür oder in der Türzarge zur Auf- nahme der Verriegelung. – Ankerkontakt Der Ankerkontakt ist ein Rückmeldekontakt. Über den Ankerkontakt wird signalisiert, ob ver- oder entriegelt ist.
  • Seite 8 Funktionen und Bedienung Funktionsprinzip Beim Verriegelungsvorgang wird der Bolzen elektromotorisch mit hoher Kraft in die Verriegelungsposition geschwenkt. Der Bolzen schwenkt in das Schließgegenstück mit V-förmigem Ausschnitt. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass der Bolzen auch dann ausgeschwenkt werden kann, wenn Schließgegenstück und Schwenk- riegel nicht exakt zueinander positioniert sind.
  • Seite 9 Anzeigeelemente Die Signalanzeige-LED ( ) des Schwenkriegels signalisiert den Schließzustand sowie die Ursache von Fehlern („Signalisierung“, Seite 10). Die Anzeige des Schließzustandes kann geändert oder ausgeschaltet werden. Auf die Signalisierung von Fehlerur- sachen hat diese Einstellung keine Auswirkung. Die Betriebsanzeige-LED ( ) des Schwenkriegels blinkt blau, solange der Schwenkriegel korrekt arbeitet.

  • Seite 11 Montage Hinweise Warnung! Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag: Eine unsachgemäße Verkabelung ist lebensgefährlich und kann die Verriegelung zerstören. Das Anschließen der Stromversorgung darf ausschließlich von einer geschulten Fachperson durchgeführt werden. Vorsicht! Verletzungsgefahr durch Beschädigung: Beschädigungen können zu Stromschlägen führen. Beschädi- gungen an den Metallteilen können zu Verletzungen führen. Ein beschädigtes Gerät ist ein Sicherheitsrisi- ko.

Ausrichtung der Verriegelung zum Schließgegenstück beachten: Achten Sie bei der Montage darauf, dass Schließblech und Schließgegenstück passgenau (± 4,5mm) einander gegenüberliegen. Ansonsten kann der Türzustand nicht korrekt erkannt werden und die Verriegelung kann nicht korrekt funktionieren. Hinweis!   • Seite 13 Das Schließgegenstück montieren Fertigen Sie die Ausfräsung und alle Bohrungen für das Schließgegenstück (Abb. 6, Seite 93). Säubern Sie die Ausfräsung und alle Bohrlöcher durch Ausblasen oder Aussaugen. Verschrauben Sie das mitgelieferte Schließgegenstück (Abb. 7, Seite 94). Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Funktionsluft nicht weniger als 3 mm und nicht mehr als 8 mm beträgt. Prüfen Sie die Tür auf Leichtgängigkeit.

Optionale Einstellungsmöglichkeit: Wird der elektromotorische Schwenkriegel 842-SA1 im Türrahmen montiert, so kann bei Verwendung der optional erhältlichen Montage laschen SET-LA-M5 die Schließgegen- stückposition um 2 mm angepasst werden (Abb. 3, Seite 14). Funktionsluft einstellen Der Abstand zwischen dem elektromotorischen Schwenkriegel 842-SA1 und dem gegenüberliegenden Schließgegenstück muss im Bereich zwischen 3 mm und 8 mm eingestellt werden.
  • Seite 15 Elektrischer Anschluss Der elektromotorische Schwenkriegel 842-SA1 ist mit potentialfreien Rückmeldekontakten ausgestattet. Ein Reedschalter als Türkontakt (RR) wird über Magnete im Schließgegenstück umgeschaltet und meldet den Schließzustand der Tür. Ein Relaiskontakt als Ankerkontakt (AKRR) meldet den Verriegelungszustand des Schwenkriegels. Warnung! Nur bei abgeschaltetem Strom anschließen: Bei eingeschalteter Spannung droht ein Stromschlag. Die- ser kann zu Tod oder schwerer Verletzung führen.

  • Seite 22 Product information The Motorized Swing Bolt 842-SA1 The motorized swing bolt 842-SA1 (Fig. 1) is used to lock doors and is equipped with an electric motor drive. The monitoring contact and the armature contact are designed as potential-free switching contacts. The monitoring contact is switched magnetically when the door is closed.

The bolt swivels into the locking counterpart with V-shaped cut-out. This has the advantage that the bolt can also be swung out if the locking counterpart and swing bolt are not positioned precisely in relation to each other.

Het deurcontact en het ankercontact zijn uitgevoerd als potentiaalvrije omschakelcontacten. Het deurcontact wordt bij gesloten deur magnetisch omgeschakeld. Het aansluiten van de stroomvoorziening mag uitsluitend door een daar- voor opgeleide vakkundige persoon worden uitgevoerd. Voorzichtig! Kans op letsel door beschadiging: Beschadigingen kunnen elektrische schokken veroorzaken. Beschadi- gingen aan de metalen onderdelen kunnen tot verwondingen leiden.
