D) Select the duration
Press the corresponding button on the control unit to set the duration of
use. The default duration of use is 30 minutes, but is adjustable from 10 to
90 minutes. The optimal duration is between 30 and 50 minutes. After light
exercise, you can start with 30 minutes. If your session was intense or very
intense, you can increase the time to 50 minutes. A session longer than 1 hour
will not necessarily provide significant additional benefits.
E) Set the pressure
Press the pressure buttons «+» and «-» to set the pressure. It is adjustable from
80 mmHg (11 kPa) to 220 mmHg (28 kPa). The default pressure at startup is 80
mmHg.
F) Chambers deactivation (optional)
There are six buttons (1 per chamber): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. You can choose to disable
one or more chambers in case of injury/pain in the affected area.
For example, by pressing 1 (hand), the indicator light for chamber 1 on the
control unit turns off, so this chamber will not inflate.
Note: All chambers are activated by default. You can disable each air chamber
individually.
Example: If you disable chamber 3, it will be disabled for both cuffs
simultaneously.
G) Starting the session
After completing the above settings, press the Start button (triangle logo «play»)
to get started with the device, a countdown timer will start. If you need to pause
the device during your session, press the Pause button (2 vertical bars). If you
want to stop your session, press the Stop button (square logo).
H) End of cycle
At the end of the session, the device automatically shuts off the air outlet and
beeps. The screen will revert to its original state. Wait 2 minutes for the cuffs to
deflate, then you can «unzip» and remove them.
