Problem / Failure
No display
Display blinks with
- High Temperature
- Low temperature

Condensate in gas outlet
Reduced gas flow
6.3 Replacement of the peristaltic pump's hose (just in case pump
is fitted)
 Disconnect input and output hoses (Take care of the safety instructions!)
 Loosen but don't remove the centre knurled thumb screw. Push screw downwards.
 Remove cover
 Push terminals side wards.
 Replace hose and step backwards the above steps for mounting.

Possible cause
- no power
- fuse blown
- operational temperature not yet
reached
- cooling capacity to low, even
though cooler is running
- gas flow / dew point / gas tempe-
rature to high
- fan broken
- controller defect
- broken wire
- short circuit
- condensate vessel full
- valve in automatic condensate
drain is stuck
- cooler overloaded
- clogged gas path
- condensate outlet clogged by ice

- check power supply
- Check fuse and change it if
necessary
- wait for 20 minutes maximum
- make sure that air can circulate
free and that ventilation louvres
are not obstructed
- check application parameters,
install pre-separator
- check fan, replace if necessary
- send cooler for inspection
- Temperature sensor defect: send
cooler for repair
- Temperature sensor defect: send
cooler for repair
- drain vessel
- flush both directions
- check limiting parameters
- check / flush heat exchanger
- send cooler for inspection
