3.5 Assembly
N.B. Check that the fireplace is free of any damage prior to
commencing installation.
The product is heavy! Make sure you have assistance when
erecting and installing the fireplace.
The product is delivered in one package.
The stove, with a box containing a flue outlet with gasket and
screws, log retainer, heat shield, gasket and a tool to handle the
grate.
Mounting of rear flue pipe (see fig. 2).
Unscrew the screw in the centre of the back heat shield (C).
Lift the plate up and out of the lower edge.
Remove the stamped part on the back of the heat shield (A)
by the aid of a hacksaw or cutters. Then fasten the flue outlet
from within with a gasket and the three M6 screws found in
the screw bag (B).
Replace the heat shield and fasten the screw.
Warning! Remember to cover the hole for the flue outlet on the
top plate with the heat shield. Fasten the screws for this from
the inside (fig. 3).

Mount the flue outlet to the top.

Place the gasket cord around the bottom part of the flue pipe's
narrow end and lead this into the product flue outlet.

Attach the flue pipe.
Warning! Remember to cover the hole for the flue outlet on the
back plate with the heat shield. Fasten the screws for this from
the inside (fig. 3).
3.6 Control of functions (fig. 6)
When the product is set up, always check the control functions.
These shall move easily and function satisfactorily.

3.7 Ash removal
The fireplace is equipped with an ash solution.
Lift up the ash cover and use an appropriate tool to push the
ash through the opening.
When the ash container needs to be emptied, lift up the ash
cover using the loose handle and remove the container.

on general use and maintenance in Point «6.1 Fire preventive
measures».

4.0 Service
Warning! Any unauthorised change to the product is illegal.
Only use original spare parts.
4.1 Changing the baffle plate (fig. 7)
Lift the baffle plate (the vermiculite plate) (A) forward and
remove it through the door. Access is then easy to baffle
plate II (B) if this needs to be removed. It rests on two ribs
in the side plates.
Edge it down and remove it through the door.
For re-installation follow the same procedure in the opposite
sequence.
4.2 Changing the burn plates/inner
bottom plate (fig. 8)
Remove the log retainer (7A)
Remove the baffle plate (the vermiculite pate) (8A)
Remove the side burn plates (7B) by lifting them up a little
and then out. (Be aware if using tools, that vermiculite plates
may be damaged by rough handling).
Unscrew the screws at the back of the rear burn plate (7D)
and remove the burn plate. Make sure the gasket is intact
and properly positioned.
Remove the ash cover and then lift up and remove the inner
bottom plate.
Follow the same procedure for installation, but in the opposite
sequence.
