WARNING!
Risk of injury due to improper assembly!
Improper installation and assembly can lead to
severe injuries and substantial material damage.

Before starting work, ensure that there is suffi-
cient space for assembly.

Handle exposed components with sharp edges
carefully.
–
Ensure that the assembly site is kept clean and
tidy at all times! Components and tools lying
around or on top of one another are sources of
accidents.

Assemble components properly. Adhere to the
specified tightening torque values and max-
imum screw-in depths for the screws.
–
Secure components so that they do not fall
down or topple over.
CAUTION!
Risk of crushing and impact due to falling com-
ponents!
When inclined or vertically aligned linear units are
being assembled, they can fall down and cause
injury.
–
Call in another person to secure the linear unit
during assembly.
–
Move the guide carriage into the bottom end
position.
