Cleaning the Filters
To prolong the service life of the filters and to maintain maximum perform-
ance of the unit, clean the filters regularly.
Dry the filters completely before reinstallation. Do not wash the filters into the
washer and do not dry the filters in a dryer or over the radiator!
Dust Container Filter (Main Filter and Pre-filter):
1. Open the dust container lid (10).
2. Turn the main filter lightly counter clockwise until the frame sticks out of the
cog and pull the main filter out.
3. Tap the dust of the main filter out or clean the main filter with a soft brush and
rinse with water.
4. Insert the main filter after the filter is completely dry. Place the main filter in
the notches and turn the frame clockwise until it locks.
5. The pre-filter is fixed with a seal. If you will take out the pre-filter for cleaning,
press it with little pressure out form the inner side of the dust container.
6. The dust container can be rinsed with water.
Motor Filter:
1. Open the dust container lid (10).
2. Remove the black Filter seal and take the motor filter out of the housing.
3. Tap the dust of the motor filter or rinse it with water.
4. Insert the motor filter only, if it is completely dry. With the polygonal form this
motor filter suits only in one direction. Place it correctly into the notch.
Exhaust Filter:
1. Press the locking clip on the backside of the vacuum cleaner down and open
the filter grille.
2. Remove the exhaust filter by holding it on the fixing pin and tap the dust out of
the exhaust filter. If the exhaust filter is very dirt rinse it with water and use a
soft brush.
3. Insert the filter only, if it is completely dry. Place the filter always with the fix-
ing pin outwards.
