If you are in a hurry: Defrost the container of
breast milk under running water, cold or luke-
warm (max. 37 °C), then use straight away.
Warning! To ensure adequate
hygiene
transporting chilled breast milk

the container of defrosted breast milk
in a NUK Baby Food Warmer.
Caution! The container must be
open to prevent a build-up of
pressure as the milk is warmed.
2. Before feeding, gently shake the milk
