Using the pads
You can use the appliance with or without a pad 0. For the aroma function, only
use aroma additives that are suitable for facial saunas. For essential oils, take
about 2–5 drops, depending on the type of oil. Follow the manufacturer's recom-
mendations. The use of aromatic water vapour, e.g. by adding chamomile oil, can
improve your mood and have a positive effect on your skin.
CAUTION! Do not reach into the attachment 8 during operation, e.g. to
change the pad 0.
Note: The pads 0 are not reusable. You can reorder them if necessary (see
section Ordering replacement parts.
1) Drip the aroma additive onto a pad 0.
2) Make sure that the appliance is switched off. Then insert the pad 0 into the
holder 7 (Fig. 3) in a horizontal position. The two outer sides of the holder 7
hold the pad 0 in place and prevent it from sliding.

3) After use, pull the pad 0 back off the holder 7 again.
Using the appliance
The nano-ion technology produces ultra-fine steam particles to soothe facial skin.
The steaming stimulates the blood circulation and opens the pores. The skin is
prepared for further care. Enhance the effect of the application by using care
products, such as serums or face masks.are. Enhance the effect of the application
by using suitable care products.
Note: Excessive steaming is not good for the skin and can dry it out. Get your
skin used to the applications, maximum 1 time per day and 2–3 times per week.
Adjust the frequency and application time according to the condition of your skin.
Apply a moisturiser or other suitable care product after each application.
If discomfort or pain occurs, discontinue use. If in doubt, ask a doctor whether
steaming is suitable for you.
1) Cleanse your face and remove make-up or residues of creams.
2) Place the appliance on a stable, level and dry surface. Place the appliance in a
location free from draughts.
