Speed level

Enter the desired training time (TIME), using the buttons (+ and -) on the remote control. Once the
training has started, you will not be able to modify the selected time, but you can change the speed (+/-
buttons) during the exercise. In this program, the speed is constant during all the sections, so if you mo-
dify it at some point during the training, it will remain at the new selected level until the end of the time.
For example, if during the first section you increase the speed from level 1 to level 4 (+3 levels), the
speed will remain at level 4 during all the sections until the end of the selected time. In this program
you will not be able to modify the pedaling direction either, which will automatically change from the
pre-established way, alternating in each of the 10 equal time intervals into which the entire selected
time is divided. For example, if a time of 3 minutes has been selected, we will have 10 intervals of 18
seconds each. In another example, if the selected time were 15 minutes, we will have 10 intervals of
one minute and a half each of them.

training has started, you will not be able to modify the selected time, nor the pedaling direction, which
is already preconfigured, but you can change the speed (+/- buttons).
If you modify the speed, the following sections will increase proportionally. For example, if during the
first section you increase the speed from level 1 to level 4 (+3 levels), when it goes to the second
section the level will be 4 still, in the third section it increases to 7 , and so on, adding 3 levels to what
is indicated in the table above in each of the sections. The pedaling direction will automatically change
from the pre-set way, alternating in each of the 10 equal time intervals into which the entire selected

training has started, this program will not allow you to make any changes to any of the parameters
time, speed or direction, all of them are pre-established. The speed in this exercise mode will always be
constant, at level 1, and the direction of rotation will alternate, changing every 5 seconds for the entire
duration of the program.
