10.1 Servicing
Wella Customer Service or an authorised partner of Wella is responsible for all
servicing and maintenance work.

10.2 Maintenance and repairs
Wear
In accordance with the current state of the art, electrical appliance parts are sub-
ject to a certain degree of wear over time.
Inspection
To ensure the proper functioning and safety of your appliance during its entire
service life regular inspections must be carried out in accordance with the statu-
tory regulations in the country of use.
If no statutory regulations are applicable, the appliance must be inspected at least
every 2 years. Please contact Wella Customer Service for further information.

WARNING
Risk of injury from improper repair
The appliance may only be opened and repaired by Wella Customer
Service.
• Repairs to electrical appliances may only be carried out by qualified
electricians.
• During repair work, electrical appliances must be tested to ensure
they are carrying no current and precautions taken to ensure they
cannot be switched on accidentally.
• Appliance with type Y attachment: If the mains cable of this appli-
ance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
Customer Service or by a similarly qualified person so as to prevent
hazards.
