3.1 Produktbeschreibung REM
Der Radialventilator REM, einseitig
saugend mit Direktantrieb durch An-
baumotor, erfüllt die Anforderungen
der ATEX-Richtlinie 94/9/EG durch
konstruktive Sicherheit und sichere
Bauweise entsprechend EN 14986
und DIN EN 13463-1/-5.
Die Einordnung erfolgt je nach
Typenschild in die Gerätegruppe II,
Kategorie 2G oder 3G, Explosions-
gruppe IIB und Temperaturklasse
T3.
Das Laufrad ist fliegend auf der Motor-
welle befestigt. Der Motor ist außerhalb
des Förderstromes am Ventilator-
gehäuse angeflanscht
Der ATEX Ventilator darf vom Kun-
den nicht verändert werden. Bei

The centrifugal fan REM, single inlet
direct driven by standard IEC motor,
does meet the requirements of ATEX
regulation 94/9/EG by its safe design
and controlled production procedures
corresponding to EN 14986 and DIN
EN 13463-1/-5.
Classification is made – according to
the corresponding type plate – to
groupe II, category 2G or 3G,
explosion group IIB and temperature
class T3.
The impeller is fitted to the motor shaft.
The motor is fitted the fan casing and
thus placed outside the conveying
stream.
The ATEX fan must not be modified
by the customer. Any modification will
make the ATEX conformity unvalid.

The ventilateur centrifuge simple ouïe
REM, entraîné à attaque direct par
motor standard IEC remplie les
conditions de la directive ATEX
94/9/EG par sa conception et le
fabrication en suivant les normes EN
14986 et DIN EN 13463-1/-5.
La classification s'effectue – le cas
écheant et selon la plaque
signalétique – en groupe II, catégorie
2G ou 3G, groupe de déflagration IIB
et classe de température T3.
La turbine est montée en bout
d'arbre. Le motor, fixé par brides sur
la volute, se trouve en dehors du flux
de gaz.
Le ventilateur ATEX ne doit en aucun
cas être modifié par l'utilisateur. Tout
modification annule la conformité
ATEX.
