WARNUNG: Bei Verwendung zündfähiger Gase
in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des flexiblen
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskops besteht
Explosionsgefahr. Das flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroskop darf nicht unter entflammbaren bzw.
entzündbaren Medien verwendet werden.
WARNUNG: Verwenden Sie ausschließlich
Zubehör, das seiner Zweckbestimmung
entsprechend für die Verwendung mit Video-
Endoskopen geeignet ist und nach den allgemein
anerkannten Regeln der Technik sowie des
Arbeitsschutzes betrieben werden kann.
WARNUNG: Das flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroskop darf nur durch von KARL STORZ
autorisiertes Personal repariert werden.
Fremdreparaturen können die Funktion und
Sicherheit beeinträchtigen und sind daher
strikt untersagt. KARL STORZ übernimmt für
fremd reparierte flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroskope keine Garantie.
WARNUNG: Die Anleitung „Reinigung,
Desinfektion, Pflege und Sterilisation von
KARL STORZ Instrumenten" muss beachtet
werden. Dort sind die Verfahren zur Reinigung,
Desinfektion und Sterilisation im Detail erklärt.
WARNUNG: Beschädigungen des flexiblen CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroskops und Verletzungen
von Patient und Anwender, die aufgrund von
Fehlbe dienungen entstehen, fallen nicht unter die
Gewähr leistungs ansprüche.
WARNUNG: Vor sämtlichen Wartungs- und
Reinigungsarbeiten am flexiblen CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroskop ist die Netzverbindung der
Versorgungs einheiten zu trennen.
WARNUNG: Das flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroskop darf während der Entladung eines
Defibrillators nicht verwendet werden. Das
flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskop vor der
Entladung aus dem Operationsbereich entfernen.
WARNUNG: Die integrierte LED-Lichtquelle
erwärmt bei Betrieb das flexible CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroskop. Das flexible CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroskop vor dem Ablegen ausschalten
und nicht in der Patientenumgebung (nach
IEC 60601-1-1) ablegen.
Warnings and cautions
WARNING: Danger of explosion if flammable
gases are used in the immediate proximity of the
flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope. The
flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope must
not be used in the presence of flammable or
combustible media.
WARNING: Only use accessories that are
specifically suited for use with videoscopes and
can be employed in line with generally accepted
technical standards and safety guidelines.
WARNING: The flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroscope may only be repaired by personnel
authorized by KARL STORZ. Unauthorized
repairs may impair functioning and safety, and are
therefore strictly forbidden.
KARL STORZ gives no warranty for flexible CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroscopes that are repaired by
unauthorized personnel.
WARNING: The instructions 'Cleaning,
Disinfection, Care and Sterilization of KARL STORZ
Instruments' must be followed. There the
procedures for cleaning, disinfection and
sterilization are explained in detail.
WARNING: Damage to the flexible CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroscope and injury to the patient or
user resulting from incorrect operation are not
covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
WARNING: Always unplug the supply unit of the
flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope before
carrying out any maintenance and cleaning work
on it.
WARNING: The flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroscope must not be used during the
discharge of a cardiac defibrillator. Remove the
Flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope from
the operation area before discharge takes place.
WARNING: When in operation, the integrated LED
light source heats up the flexible CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroscope. Switch off the CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroscope before putting it down and do
not place it in the proximity of the patient (as per
IEC 60601-1-1).
Bezpečnostní pokyny
VÝSTRAHA: Při použití hořlavých plynů
v bezprostřední blízkosti flexibilního CMOS video
cystouretroskopu hrozí nebezpečí výbuchu.
Flexibilní CMOS video-cystouretroskop nesmí být
používán v prostředí s hořlavými nebo vznětlivými
médii.
VÝSTRAHA: Používejte výlučně příslušenství, které
je podle svého určeného účelu vhodné pro použití
s videoendoskopy a které lze provozovat v souladu
s obecně uznávanými technickými a pracovně-
bezpečnostními pravidly.
VÝSTRAHA: Flexibilní CMOS video-
cystouretroskop smí opravovat pouze personál
pověřený společností KARL STORZ. Opravy
provedené třetí stranou mohou narušit funkci
a bezpečnost, a proto jsou přísně zakázány.
Společnost KARL STORZ neručí za CMOS video-
cystouretroskopy opravené třetími stranami.
VÝSTRAHA: Je nutno dodržovat návod
„Čištění, dezinfekce, péče a sterilizace nástrojů
KARL STORZ". V něm jsou detailně vysvětleny
postupy pro čištění, dezinfekci a sterilizaci.
VÝSTRAHA: Záruka se nevztahuje na poškození
flexibilního CMOS video-cystouretroskopu a na
zranění pacienta a uživatele v důsledku nesprávné
obsluhy.
VÝSTRAHA: Před provedením všech servisních
nebo čisticích prací na flexibilním CMOS video
cysto-uretroskopu odpojte napájecí jednotky od
elektrické sítě.
VÝSTRAHA: Flexibilní CMOS video-
cystouretroskop se nesmí používat během
výboje defibrilátoru. Před výbojem defibrilátoru
odstraňte flexibilní CMOS video-cystouretroskop
z operačního pole.
VÝSTRAHA: Během provozu dochází k zahřívání
CMOS video-cystouretroskopu integrovaným
světelným zdrojem LED. Flexibilní CMOS
video-cystouretroskop před odložením vypněte
a neodkládejte jej do bezprostřední blízkosti
pacienta (podle ČSN EN IEC 60601-1-1).
