10. Battery replacement
The batteries in the sensor have a lifetime of up to 3 years (alkaline
batteries). Batteries should be changed whenever the indicator for the
relevant sensor goes out on the indication device and a general or longer
disruption in radio activity can be ruled out. This is the case, for instance,
when data transfer from other sensors nearby is also disrupted (see
section "reception problems").
Changing/insertion of batteries is made in accordance with chapter 8. b).
After a battery change the sensor is ready for use.
11. Maintenance and cleaning
The product requires no servicing except for battery replacement.
Clean the product with a soft, clean, dry and lint-free cloth. If you wish to
clean the product intensively, use a cloth, slightly moistened with luke-
warm water. Make sure that no liquid gets into the device!
Never use solvent-based cleansing agents, since this might damage the
surface of the plastic housing and inscription.
