Large units are equipped with two parallel pipe sections, each of which can be shut off separately
via the piston valves. In order to change the treatment units during operation, the pipe sections
are processed one after the other. The following steps are to be carried out for each pipe section.
31. Disconnect permasolvent primus 2.1 from the mains by pulling out the mains plug.
32. Close the piston valves upstream and downstream of the unit. Position the collection
container for the water under the drain valve on the double connection beacon and
open the drain valve. To drain the pipe section, also open the vent valve on the
corresponding piston valve.
33. Disconnect the four-pin connector on the treatment units.
34. Loosen the pressure body with the assembly key (Abbildung 13), unscrew it from the
connection head and place it on the floor (Abbildung 14). The water from the treatment
unit drains off.
35. Pull the old treatment unit out of the connection head and hold it with one hand. Take
out the pressure container and empty it. Dispose of the treatment unit.
