d) General information
• The camera only starts when a memory card is inserted!
• The configuration can be performed via the remote control right on the camera or via your
computer.
In the 2nd case, the configuration file is saved on the memory card. The camera is not neces-
sary for configuration here.
• The camera menu can be protected with a password.
• Each image can be applied with date and time, as well as a serial number.
• The remote control can be stowed away in the camera lid practically.
• The lower lid of the camera can be secured with a padlock (B5).
• The camera offers protection type IP54 and thus can be used in the outdoor area.
• The camera can also be installed on a stand (D1).
• The camera will switch automatically between day and night mode. During the day, pictures
and videos are recorded in colour. At night, the camera switches to black and white. The IR
flash or spotlight is activated automatically.
• The camera is equipped with an IR flash. The wavelength is 850 nm. It offers a range of ap-
prox. 20 m.
For the near-distance area up to 10 m, weaker-lit IR-LEDs with 940 nm wavelength are in-
stalled additionally.
The IR lighting is invisible.
