2.5.2 Hot air holder
The holder for the hot air piston must be mounted on the left
or right side of the station. To do this, 2 screws on the side of
the station must be loosened. Then the holder can be
fastened with the 2 screws.
Put a hot air nozzle on the hot air piston and screw it
tight.
Place the hot air pencil in the storage stand.
Connect the power cord to a grounded socket and the station.
Switch on the unit at the power switch.
SLEEP is shown in the display, the station is in standby mode.
Set the target temperature with the ▲/▼ keys.
Take the hot air piston out of the storage stand The station is now in
work mode.
Set the desired air volume.
After use and during work breaks, always place the hot air pen in the
storage stand.
The hot air pen is automatically cooled in the storage stand. As soon as
the temperature falls below 100°C, the station switches to standby.
Always switch off the station with the power switch during longer breaks.
NOTE: A low working temperature and a high air volume extend the service life
of the heating element and protect the assembly.
2.5.3 Air volume
The air volume can be changed with the rotary control. This is displayed in steps
from 1-100.
2.5.4 Temperature
With the keys ▲/ the temperature can be changed. Pressing briefly changes the
temperature by 1°C. If one of the keys is pressed longer, the temperature
changes continuously.
