77 • Insert the axle into the rear of the vehicle, as

79 • Assemble the wheel onto the axle with the
driver facing the vehicle. Pay attention to the
direction of the tread, as shown in the figure.
80 • Insert 1 small washer and 1 plastic washer onto
the axle.
81 • Fasten the wheel, tightening one of the four nuts
supplied with the spanner provided.
• Repeat the fitting operations for the other rear
wheel. Important: carry out the operations while
holding the axle still on the opposite side with
the help of the second spanner provided.
82 • Remove the steering lever protection caps.
83 • Insert a large washer onto the lever.
84 • Insert the bushing inside the wheel, paying
attention to the direction of the tread, as shown
in the figure.
85 • Fit the wheel you just assembled to the steering
lever.
86 • Insert a small washer onto the wheel.
87 • Fasten the wheel, tightening one of the two
remaining bolts with the spanner provided.
• Repeat the fitting operations for the front wheel
on the other side.
88 • Snap fit the four hub covers onto the wheels.
FEATURES AND USE OF THE VEHICLE
89 • 1- START/STOP: when pressed, this button lights
up and enables all the vehicle's functions
(START). When pressed again, it turns off and
disables all the vehicle's functions (STOP).
2 - FM RADIO:
A - USB port
B - SD CARD slot
C - AUX input
D - Selection buttons: when pressed
individually, these buttons allow you to select
tracks and radio frequencies.
When pressed several times simultaneously, they
allow you to shift from one mode to another, as
displayed (USB, SD, AUX ).
E - volume buttons: turn the volume down
completely to turn the radio off. The word OFF
will be displayed. Press the "volume up" button
to turn it on again.
3 - HORN: press it to activate it.
4 - ACCELERATOR PEDAL and ELECTRIC
BRAKE: lift the foot from the pedal to engage the
brake automatically.
The vehicle will enter standby mode (OFF) after
10 minutes of inactivity. If the START button is
activated, the vehicle will resume its functions by
pressing the pedal.
5 - LED indicators on the dashboard:
- ENGINE: a steady red LED indicates engine
overload. Release the pedal. Wait 10 seconds for
the vehicle to be ready for use again.
- BATTERY: a blinking orange LED means that
the battery is low. When this happens, the vehicle
enters "POWER SAVING" mode (low speed, no
lights and sounds).
The blinking LED becomes steady when the
battery is flat. At that point, the vehicle stops
working until the battery is charged. If you need
to move the vehicle while the battery is flat, you
can release the brake by pushing down the
accelerator. This way, you can push it manually.
6- Passenger handle.
90 • GEAR LEVER: when supplied the vehicle speed is
limited to first gear (1 - see figure). It also has a
reverse (R), and a second gear (2) recommended
only for expert drivers. To enable the second
gear, unscrew the red stop on the gear lever.
91 • Rotate the stop 90°, as shown in the figure, and
fix in position with the screw. Now by pulling
back the gear lever the vehicle can run in second
gear.
92 • DRINKS HOLDER - There are two drinks
holders for cans or bottles.
93 • REAR BOX and SUSPENSION - The rear of the
vehicle has a spacious cargo box and real
functional suspension on the wheels.
94 • SAFETY BELT - To fasten the safety belt, insert
the end of the longer belt section into the
buckle on the shorter belt section, pushing the
two parts together.
95 • To release the safety belt, press the buckle
button and at the same time separate the two
elements.
96 • To change the length of the safety belt, move the
adjuster as shown in the figure.
97 • ACCESSORY: trailer to attach to the vehicle
(sold separately).

the seat.
99 • Unscrew the knobs and remove the seat.
100 • Unscrew the two seat base screws. Disconnect
the battery and electrical system plugs.

• Replace the seat base after passing the plugs
through the holes. Connect the plugs and

104 • Disconnect the electrical system plug A from
the battery plug B, pushing on the sides of the
plugs to release them.
105 • Plug the battery charger into a domestic power
outlet following the instructions enclosed with
it. Connect plug B to the battery charger plug
C.
106 • When charging is complete, disconnect the
battery charger from the domestic power
supply and then disconnect plug C from plug B.
107 • Fully insert plug B into plug A until it clicks into
position.
• WARNING: when the charging operations are
complete, always replace and tighten all the
knobs and screws.

vehicle. This means that if you have a spare

How to use the battery charger
WARNING
1 • Insert only lead acid batteries supplied by PEG
PEREGO.
2 • Do not use with non-rechargeable batteries.

appliance is not intended for use by infirm
persons unless they are being adequately
supervised by a responsible person to ensure
that they can use the appliance safely.
4 • Do not use with damaged sheathing, cable or
connector.
5 • Charge the battery only in a well ventilated area.
6 • Do not remove the plug by pulling on the cable.
7 • Do not drag the vehicle along on its wheels by
pulling the battery charger's cable.
8 • Avoid overheating the cable by covering it and do
not rest it on hot surfaces.
9 • Be aware of how the output cable is wound to
prevent damaging it.
10 • Should the battery charger be damaged, do not
use it until it is fully repaired.
11 • The product contains some elements that are
considered harmful to the environment. Disposal
of these elements or of the entire product at the
end of its life should be in accordance with the
regulations in force in the country where it is
used.
12 • Before using the battery charger make sure that
it is fitted with the specific plug for the country in
which it is going to be used.
13 • Children should not play with the battery charger
as IT IS NOT A TOY.

CHARGING THE BATTERIES
WARNING! Before using the toy, charge
the battery for at least 18 hours.
A) Plug the battery charger into a power outlet that
complies with the specifications on its label
B) Connect the terminal on the battery charger to
that on the battery, using the appropriate
connectors.
C) Your battery charger is provided with an LED
indicator which means that:
1) When plugging in the charger as described in A)
with no battery connected, the LED will
light up to indicate that the device is working
correctly.
2) Connect the battery as described in section B). If
everything is connected correctly and the battery
is flat, the LED will start blinking, indicating that it
is charging. Wait until the battery is fully charged.
3) When the battery is fully charged, the LED will
stop blinking. A steady LED indicates that the
battery is now fully charged.
4) If the battery is already charged, the LED will be
steady. If during the next use, the battery doesn't
last long, contact the customer service to verify
whether the battery and battery charger are
working properly.
D) Once the charge is completed and the LED is on,
unplug the battery charger from the mains outlet
first,then the battery terminal. Connect the
battery to the electrical system of your toy, which
is now ready to use.
The battery charger is fitted with a safety device
which means that in the event of overheating or a
short circuit of the battery, a protection system will
intervene to prevent current peaks, which could
damage the battery charger.
In this case unplug the battery charger
from the power outlet, remove the cause
of the short circuit and reconnect
everything as described in sections A) to
C).
