Notes:
Before connecting the external data

medium it is recommended to switch the
television to stand-by mode.
Before removing the external data medium,

the television must be switched to standby,
so that no data loss occurs.
Your television features two USB sockets,

USB1 and USB2.
USB2 is used to connect data media, which
require an additional power supply.
– for example, external hard disks.

1 Connect the USB2 socket of the television
and the corresponding socket of the data
medium (external hard disk) using a USB
cable;
or
insert the USB plug of the USB memory stick
into the USB1 socket of the television.

Notes:
The USB1 socket of the television

supplies a maximum power of 500 mA
in accordance with USB specifications.
External hard disks which require more
power may therefore only be connected to
the USB2 of the television.
If you use a network cable for external hard

disks which have been connected to the
USB2 socket of the television, this network
cable must also be disconnected from
the power supply when the television is
switched off.
External data media may not be

disconnected from the television while files
on the data medium are being accessed.

1 Open the menu with »MENU«.
